Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the JabTrack mobile app ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What JabTrack is

JabTrack is a personal tool for tracking weight-loss injections (GLP-1 medications), body weight, measurements, pen supply and progress photos. It works offline on your device, with an optional paid cloud backup.

Not medical advice

JabTrack is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Any figures, forecasts, schedules or reminders it shows are informational estimates only. Always follow the instructions of your prescriber or pharmacist, and never change your medication or dose based on the app. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
• You must be old enough to use the app under the laws of your country, and be using a medication that has been prescribed to you.
• You are responsible for keeping your device and Google account secure.

Your data

By default your data stays on your device. If you sign in and enable cloud backup, it is stored and synced as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You own the data you enter; we don't claim any rights over it.

Subscriptions

Cloud backup is an optional paid subscription (monthly or yearly) billed through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can manage or cancel them at any time in your Google Play account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase, and prices shown on this site may be localised by region. Refunds are handled under Google Play's standard policy. Turning off or cancelling the subscription does not delete data already on your device.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload or misuse the app or its cloud service, or use it to break any law. We may suspend access that threatens the security or integrity of the service.

No affiliation

JabTrack is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Eli Lilly, Novo Nordisk or any medication manufacturer. Medication names are used descriptively to indicate what the app supports; Mounjaro, Zepbound, Ozempic, Wegovy and Saxenda are trademarks of their respective owners.

Availability and changes

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We may update, change or discontinue features, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these terms as the app evolves; material changes will be noted in the app's release notes, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JabTrack and its developer are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any health outcome, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
